Potty Training: Get "Jesus" Involved

We are currently trying to teach Violet how to use the potty. She likes to sit on it, but won't do her business there. This morning Zach told Violet that if she went on the potty, he would take her to Chuck E' Cheeses. Now all day long she keeps telling me "I want to go talk to Jesus." At least that's what it sounds like to me. Get it "Chuck E' Cheeses" "Talk to Jesus." This girl is hilarious.

Sometimes it goes a little too far . . .

Violet is ALL GIRL! One of her favorite things is to play on the countertop of my bathroom. She gets into my makeup and puts it on. She also gets into all my product. I guess I left her unsupervised a little too long.

What's particularly funny about these pictures is that Violet wasn't hurt one bit yet she was hysterically crying. What I've noticed lately is that she'll cry before she gets in trouble when she knows I'm gonna be mad. I think she knows that she'll get out of time out if she cries! What a little smart manipulator.

New Pictures!

So I've really been slacking when it comes to Scotty's Birth Announcements. I just haven't been able to do it yet! We finally got some pictures done for it and I'll be getting it done really soon. We heard about this photographer from my friend Haley and we really loved her. She was very patient with my fussy baby and we love the finished product.
